Kanye unveils new sneaker for LV

Kanye West unveiled his new sneaker at the Louis Vuitton Fashion show during Paris Fashion Week Menswear Autumn/Winter 2009, which was held yesterday (1/22).
Hmmmm looks like a slim version of the classic Air Force One's -  I would need to see it in person to give my final opinion. Check out Marc!! Sorry Marc but you look a damn fool with those "Sprouse" tights - but I'm loving his new look (face and body wise) he doesn't look like the nerdy, grungy little boy anymore.

What do you all think about the shoes?? Do you think Kanye is that much of a trendsetter to get to design his own line for such a timeless brand?????

The First Lady's Fashions

ummmmm NOT!!!

Sooo every fashion blog, fashion website, news channel, news broadcast has covered, dissected, and critiqued our First Lady's choice of fashion for the inaugural activities. So guess what??? Fashion Revolutionaires is not going to do that! We are not following the norm...  You ask why? I mean come on, at this point if you haven't been living in a cave for the last 48-72 hours, you know Mrs. Obama wore J. Crew, Narcissco Rodriguez and chose fairly unknown designers Isabel Tuledo and Jason Wu as her choices for the historic day.

No.  There was something else that stole the show, during the entire weekend. I'm talking everyone from politicians, newscasters and celebrities! The BURBERRY Scarf absolutely stole the show!!! It was EVERYWHERE - we probably saw enough of those scarves to last us for a lifetime. It makes me wonder, how the Burberry company will profit from this. I'm sure sales the next couple of weeks will be substantial!! (Hmmm I might just buy one myself...)

The Stephen Sprouse Collection

I know, I know, I know... I'm late. But to be honest with you, I just wasn't feeling this collection so much. (I read somewhere that even Marc said, "you will love it or hate it"). Remember the Louis Vuitton graffiti collection from 2001? Well Marc Jacobs is back with an ode to Stephen Sprouse.

Some people may ask.. now who the hell is Stephen Sprouse? Fashion Revolutionaire knowledge: Stephen Sprouse was a noted fashion designer back in the 80's known for fusing sophisticated designs with graffiti.

Ok back to the story. In 2001 - Stephen Sprouse colloborated with Marc Jacobs to create the oh-so popular LV graffiti collection. So fast forward to 2009... With the passing of Stephen Sprouse in 2004 of lung cancer, Marc Jacobs has created a Sprouse-influenced collection in his honor.

This collection will be a limited edition featuring both accessories and ready-to wear items in day-glo shades of green, pink and orange, which will also feature Sprouse's signature's: roses and graffiti.

Let me know what you all think... (although, on the low, I'm loving those sneakers)

The collection was released internationally on January 9th.
