The Fashion Revolutionaires Fall Fashion Shopping Guide: Shearling Boots

Finally the first day of fall will arrive tomorrow, (although its still 90 degrees), however, at some point  you will be able to rock your new fall gear. Its kind of a weird situation with it being so warm, really hard to fathom buying boots and sweaters, but one monkey doesn't stop the show - let's get to it!

 

I'm gonna give you 10 days,  of 10 must have items... LET's ROLL!!

Gazelles, door knocker earrings and old school hip hop all come to mind with the first item on my list.

Shearling boots. I. LOVE. THIS. It may even be my new fall favorite, which is why I made it first. Pair them up with denim, leggings, maxi dresses, be different, be random. They come in all price points, to make your budget work!

Your Curve ID - Levi's new denim line

I found out recently that Levi's had a new line of denim for women, called Levi's Curve ID. The denim line uses a custom fit based system that caters to each individual shape. Levi’s states it made use of a revolutionary approach that compliments one curves identifying three distinct body types that account for a women’s shape. There are three ways to to choose a perfect fit, take an online questionnaire, or measure yourself at home and take those measurements to the store, and finally you can get custom fitted at an actual Levi Store (I chose the online quiz). The online quiz, will show 3 models with different body types and you pick the one based on your own body type (not one of those girls body types did I identify with, however the DESCRIPTION of the body type did). You will then answer a series of questions, and when finished it will tell you your CURVE ID, (three types) Slight Curve, Demi Curve and Bold Curve.

Pretty exciting huh??? Its always a feat trying to find a perfect pair of jeans that FIT, especially when your ASSets are on the thicker side! I'll report back to you when I receive my pair.. they hit stores September 1st!

This chick here made me come out of hiding!! Now seriously, this is one person I would just love to get ahold of.. her style is HORRENDOUS!! Such a cute girl, great shape, star exposure, and she dresses like she shops at 5-7-9 (is that store still open?).  No disrespect to 5-7-9, but she's an actress for goodness sakes, she has access to so much more, she's been on major films, why is she such a mess??????? Her style is cheap looking, tacky and slutty, is this why you can't good roles??

This was her this past weekend...  on her way inside a CLUB, she looks like she's going to wash cars at a truck stop!

Flash from the past?? Nope this was this summer.. So the Leather jacket was her "KEY" piece......

Last year she wore these American Apparel spandex pants literally to DEATH!! ( OH NO!! Is that the same damn leather jacket????)

Now I KNOW you knew this tee was sheer when you left the house

There goes those damn pants again! (ok so this was last year right.... so her homegirl thought we wouldnt notice that she pulled out the shirt again this year, NOPE we noticed)

Getting some much needed inspiration

Hello My Revolutionaires

I’m going to take a break from blogging for a little while, I'm going to head up to NYC soon and hopefully get some much needed inspiration! Thats the thing about fashion - sometimes (like art) you just need to be INSPIRED! I haven't been here lately - it comes in waves

It’s even become a struggle just to do some “filler” postings.

The "City" always brings me back to life, so I'm sure when I return I will bring the heat!
